Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all materials, claims, and project information provided to Stargaze Entertainment Group are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Any false or misleading information provided by a client that results in regulatory action, third-party claims, or reputational damage shall be the sole liability of the client.

Intellectual Property

All creative assets, campaign strategies, and written content produced by Stargaze Entertainment Group remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, usage rights transfer to the client as specified in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Stargaze Entertainment Group provides crypto marketing services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific token price movements, investment returns, or presale outcomes.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Platforms

Campaign performance depends in part on third-party platforms including Twitter/X, Telegram, Google, and crypto media outlets. We are not liable for changes to platform policies, algorithm shifts, or account suspensions outside our control.

Data Security

Client data shared with Stargaze Entertainment Group for campaign purposes is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share client data with unauthorized third parties.

Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of any data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your data subject to our legal obligations. Contact info@stargazeentertainmentgroup.com to exercise these rights.

Changes to Terms
